LC was recently awarded as a successful climate smart business cluster leader for our role in bringing together local businesses to reduce their environmental impact.
The Climate Smart Business Cluster Program is an initiative of the Department of Environment and Resource Management (DERM). The objective of the program is to create a forum where businesses can share their experiences on energy efficiency and environmental improvement projects.
LC hosted a workshop where the participants were able to talk to energy retailers and waste removal companies about how they can improve the consumption and output. We also reviewed each participant's consumption and output and identified options and technologies that would help them reduce their environmental footprint in a cost effective way.
If you manage a business and want to do more to improve your environmental performance, Contact Us and we can guide you through the steps described above.
